What a night!

I went on my first Steelers road trip for years last night – on the Supporters Club bus to boot.To be honest, I wasnt expecting much of a result, especially as we’d lost to Newcastle earlier in the week, but somehow the team had different ideas. By the end of the first, we were 3-0 up and it got better. The goal-fest continued. Panthers swapped their goalie, pulling Cruickshank. Some scuffle ensued and the replacement goalie crossed the centre line to have a go at Jodie Lehman. This is an instance game misconduct for the goalie, so they had to puit Cruickshank back in!At the end of the second, we were 6-0 up. One more goal in the final period and there were a lot of disappointed panthers and a lot of happy Steelers!

I’ve got a picture of the scoreboard somewhere on my phone – I’ll upload the pictures later. What a night.

Badly dubbed adverts

That Cremosa lollipop advert really winds me up. Big style :-)If an organisation is going to advertise a product on UK TV, at least they could make a better job of dubbing the voiceover. It plainly isn’t an original English advert. It’s probably French or German or something.
